We offer a 30-day return policy to keep things hassle-free. If you’d like to return an item for a refund, here’s what you need to know:

Changed your mind after shipping?
Once your order has been shipped, it can’t be canceled. You’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then follow our return process.

Product condition:
To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that show signs of use or are not in resalable condition may not be eligible.

Received something damaged or faulty?
Please contact us before sending it back. We’ll guide you through the next steps—do not return damaged items without reaching out first.

Need an exchange?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return the item for a refund, then place a new order for the correct product. This helps us keep accurate records for warranty purposes.

How to return an order:

  1. Send the item back to the return address found on your packing slip.

  2. Include your packing slip or write your order number inside the parcel to help us process your refund faster.
