Why didn’t my payment go through?Updated 19 hours ago

If your payment was declined, here are a few steps to help resolve the issue:

1. First, check if the order was successful:

  • Look for an order confirmation email (remember to check your spam or junk folder).

  • If you have an account, log in and check under “Orders.”

  • If there’s no confirmation and no order listed, the payment likely didn’t process.

2. If the payment failed:

  • Double-check your card details were entered correctly.

  • Some banks may block some transactions, contact your bank to approve the payment and try again.

  • Alternatively, try checking out with PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account—just choose PayPal at checkout, then select “Pay with a card” on the PayPal screen. This often works if your card is declined directly.

If the issue continues, try:

  • Switching to a different browser

  • Clearing your browser cache

  • Disabling browser extensions
